New Patient Registrationregister_now_blue_sign

In order to provide our patients the best possible care, we regret that we can only accept new patients who live in our catchments area which is currently E5 and part of N16 ONLY.

To register you will need to come to the surgery between 12:00 till 15:00 or 17:00 till 18:00 on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

We are flexible for patients that work late or do not have the time to attend the practice during registration hours.

Our Surgery Policy states that Children should be registered with the mother, unless the father has full custody over the child and in that case we require certain documentations to proof this so that we can place on the child's record. When coming in to register the child must be present.

When you come for registration you will be asked to fill in a registration form and new patient health questionnaire. If you have provided all the above, the receptionist will return your documents on the same day and book an appointment for you with the healthcare assistant for a new patient health check. After attending this appointment you will be able to book an appointment to see a doctor if and when necessary following the appointment booking procedure detailed above.
